Basic Bread Loaf
This is your basic loaf of gluten-free bread - I really enjoy it and hope you do too. Makes 8 slices.

Dry Ingredients

All Purpose Flour

1-1 Baking Flour

Flax Seed
(Grind into meal or use flaxseed meal)

Instant Yeast

Wet Ingredients

Almond Milk

Instructions

Coat bread pan with nonstick spray or oil

Combine dry ingredients, set aside

Combine wet ingredients and put in microwave for 60-90 seconds until mixture reaches 120-130f

Combine wet & dry ingredients and mix well - it should be a consistency between dough and batter

Pour into bread pan, then shake to evenly distribute the mixture. Set in a warm place and allow to rise for 30 minutes while the oven preheats to 390°

Bake for 90 minutes

Immediately turn loaf out onto a cooling rack and leave to cool completely before cutting

To make 8 slices that are roughly full size (4" x 4" ish), cut the loaf in half lengthwise and then cut each at your preferred thickness
