Recovery Pancakes (High calories, easy digestion)

I like eating these directly after a glutening for the sheer amount of calories they provide. Comes out to roughly 1300 calories for the entire batch.

Ingredients
    Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower Seed
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Seed
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond Milk (Or other plant milk)
  • 2 tbsp Plant Butter
Instructions
  1. Mix Flour, Baking Powder, salt, and sugar and set aside.
  2. Individually put Flax Seed, Sunflower Seed, and Sesame Seeds in a coffee grinder, blender, or food processor until the are ground into flour, then add into flour mixture and stir well
  3. Microwave butter and milk together until butter is fully melted, then mix into the dry mixture
  4. Cook pancakes on medium-high until browned on both sides
  5. Eat with butter and maple syrup
