Recovery Pancakes (High calories, easy digestion)
I like eating these directly after a glutening for the sheer amount of calories they provide. Comes out to roughly 1300 calories for the entire batch.

Instructions

Mix Flour, Baking Powder, salt, and sugar and set aside.

Individually put Flax Seed, Sunflower Seed, and Sesame Seeds in a coffee grinder, blender, or food processor until the are ground into flour, then add into flour mixture and stir well

Microwave butter and milk together until butter is fully melted, then mix into the dry mixture

Cook pancakes on medium-high until browned on both sides
