Vegan Gluten-Free BBQ Sauce
I've made BBQ sauce before but I lost my recipe, so I consulted with ChatGPT 4.0 to create a new one. It took a few rounds of back and forth to cater it to my specific set of ingredients but it is probably one of the best BBQ sauces I've ever tasted - but next time I'm adding more heat.

Dried Chipotle Pepper
(Soaked for 1 hour in boiling water)

Boil water, then pour over the dried Chipotle Pepper and cover. Allow to soak for 1 hour.

Add two tablespoons of water from the soaked chipotle to the pan, then chop the Chipotle finely and add all pieces into the pan.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and bring to a simmer over medium heat

Stir occasionally, simmering it about 20 minutes or until it reaches desired thickness. Add cayenne pepper and salt to taste.
