Ingredients
    Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour (I use Bob's Red Mill without Xanthan Gum)
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seeds (Grind into flour)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup Plant Milk (I use Blue Diamond Almond Milk)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (Or Imitation Vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp Vegan Butter (Melted)
Instructions
  1. Heat pan to medium high. Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Pour onto pan and cook until the edges turn from liquid to solid, while the center remains liquid. Once the majority of air bubbles have popped, flip it over. Both sides should be a golden or dark brown.
