Hey hey!
I’ve collected quite a few resources over the past few years, so I figure here’s the perfect place to share them.
- An independent lab that tests at least 8 products per month for gluten content. They are also strong advocates for celiac related issues in the government and take requests for testing potentially contaminated foods.
