Instructions
- Coat bread pan with nonstick spray or oil
- Combine dry ingredients, set aside
- Combine wet ingredients and put in microwave for 60-90 seconds until mixture reaches 120-130f
- Combine wet & dry ingredients and mix well - it should be a consistency between dough and batter
- Pour into bread pan, then shake to evenly distribute the mixture. Set in a warm place and allow to rise for 30 minutes while the oven preheats to 390°
- Bake for 90 minutes
- Immediately turn loaf out onto a cooling rack and leave to cool completely before cutting
