Recovery Pancakes (High calories, easy digestion)

I like eating these directly after a glutening for the sheer amount of calories they provide. Comes out to roughly 1300 calories for the entire batch.

  • Mix Flour, Baking Powder, salt, and sugar and set aside.
  • Individually put Flax Seed, Sunflower Seed, and Sesame Seeds in a coffee grinder, blender, or food processor until the are ground into flour, then add into flour mixture and stir well
  • Microwave butter and milk together until butter is fully melted, then mix into the dry mixture
  • Cook pancakes on medium-high until browned on both sides
  • Eat with butter and maple syrup
