- Preheat oven to 375°
- Grind flax seed in a coffee grinder, then mix in a large bowl with All Purpose Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Granulated Sugar
- Add vanilla and cut vegan butter into the dry flour mixture until only pea sized chunks remain at the largest
- Lay down parchment paper and place dough on top, then lay a second piece of parchment paper on top
- Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough to about 1/4th an inch thick
